An elected vestry governs the parish. Each January, the Junior and Senior Warden, the Treasurer, and the Rector present reports to the parish at the annual meeting. At that time, parishioners vote for new vestry members whose 3-year term is set to expire. At the annual meeting, new convention delegates are also elected.
The vestry meets once a month, reviews the budget and expenditures, and gives oversight to standing committees such as Outreach, Finance/Stewardship and Worship.
