Did you keep your shy or unruly pet at home last year and they weren’t blessed at our Annual Blessing of the Animals?Last year, many of you showed pictures of your family pets from your cell phones—and asked for a blessing! Those attending were unable to see your beautiful pet’s picture. To solve this, we ask that you send your photo to us in advance—so we can include it in a slide show to be shown on our large screen during our event. In that way, everyone will see your family pet and Fr. John can do a one-time general blessing for all stay-at-home pets.
Please send your favorite photo of your pet; better yet, a photo of you and your pet is encouraged. Also, remember to include your pet’s name. Send photos to Karen Schaeffer or bring to the church by the October 1 st deadline.
