Godly Grilling Success!
Last evening, 63 parishioners, family members and friends, attended SMA’s first Godly Grilling event! The rectory driveway and yard were filled with people, food and games. The beautiful summer evening ended with a short prayer service and hymns. The parish looks forward to another Godly Grilling event within the month!
Garden Market 2017 Planning Day
We will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our Garden Market next year, so we hope to make it bigger and better than ever! To that end, we will have an all-day planning session on September 10th at 9:00AM in the Parish Hall.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their ideas, enthusiasm and their own brown bag lunch. Beverages will be provided. Questions? See Dru.
Childcare Volunteers are Needed
We are in need of volunteers to provide childcare during our 10:30AM Sunday Services. With multiple volunteers, we can have a rotating schedule and this will enable parents to worship. We will assist with training and appropriate clearances as required by the Diocese of Easton.
Childcare will be provided in the Vestry House until the classrooms are made ready for our church school program in September. The church school program will be held between the two Sunday services, so childcare during the 10:30 service will be an ongoing need. Please consider helping with this worthwhile ministry. See Father John for questions and interest.
