On Sunday, January 29th, SMA had its Annual Meeting and during it, Father John expressed the parish’s appreciation to outgoing vestry members: Melissa Cook-MacKenzie (Senior Warden), Nancy Leizear (Junior Warden), Andy Flood, Carol Weizel and Terry Brown. During the church service, Melissa was given special recognition for her many years of service as Senior Warden and for her help during the search and transition years. A new banner was given in her honor.
Join your fellow parishioner and celebrate Valentine’s Day at our Annual Valentine’s Day Luncheon, in the Parish Hall, on Sunday, February 12th following the 10:00AM Service.
Youth of the Diocese are encouraged to attend the Diocesan Convention on February 24-25. The cost is 25.00 for breakfast, lunch and lodging. Open to 6th-12th graders and youth leaders. See Janice Flood for details and to learn more click here.
Acolyte Practice will be held on February 12th immediately after the 10:00AM service. We will meet first in the Vestry House. Both youth and adults who are interested in Acolyte training, please see Andy Flood or Fr. John.
