Our Annual Meeting is this Sunday, January 30, following the9 AM service, in the Parish Hall. At this important meeting, we discuss our life together, review the past year, and our future. The budget for the 2022 fiscal year is also presented.
Due to COVID, we have three options for participation:
- Attend in-person(preferred) following the service, in the Parish Hall. COVID protocols mandatory.
- Online. To Zoom, please click on this link from 10:30 AM. If you haven’t installed Zoom, please download here (Meeting ID: 872 8677 8301; Passcode: 259425)
- If you have tech difficulties, you can call or text 412-613-3790 prior to the meeting.
- Zoom Phone in and listen. Dial: 1-301-715-8592
We have three open Vestry positions. Dawn Rodenbaugh is our incumbent and seeks a second term. Two other nominees are listed for two positions, Mike Pugh and John McFassel, with bios (click here) so please review prior to the annual meeting.
We need your participation to vote on important matters such as Vestry nominees, Convention delegates and the Mission Committee budget. Thank you.
We are in need of dessert bakers for our next meal for the homeless and families in need. Each baker is asked to prepare 10 finger food desserts and put them into individual Ziploc sandwich bags. Your desserts can be dropped off in the Parish Center kitchen on Tuesday, February 1 between 9:00 and noon. Volunteers will add them to the rest of the meal, and deliver them to Elkton’s Paris Foundation. Join us in this ministry to our community! Thanks!
As we approach the Annual Meeting on January 30, we focus our attention on the election of new vestry members.
