2020 Offering Envelopes
The 2020 Offering Envelopes are in the Vestry House on the table. If you did not order them but wish you had, just call the office and we’ll give you a box.
January 18th – Piper and Carson
This Saturday our North Elk Coffee House will feature folk singers Piper & Carson. Come and enjoy their collection of music that will “make you believe that folk music can change the world”. Join us in the Parish Center as we welcome these talented performers. Doors open at 6:45PM and the show starts at 7:30PM. The suggested donation is $10.00; with coffee and sweets to purchase. Proceeds benefit The Meeting Ground.
Thank You – Annual Train Day
Thank you to everyone who made our Annual Train Day a successful family event and fundraiser! This pleasant event attracts the young and young at heart to see an amazing collection of trains. Approximately $1600.00 was raised for the St. Vincent School for Children with Disabilities in Haiti.
A Thank You to the Parish…
Dear Congregation of St. Mary Anne’s,Thank you all for joining together on December 29th to help me celebrate the 50th Anniversary of my ordination to the priesthood. It doesn’t seem possible–50 years! And 30 years of that has been at St. Mary Anne’s, first as Rector and now as Rector Emeritus.
As Fr. John mentioned, this is really unusual for a priest and congregation to be together for so long, and it has been possible only because of your welcoming hospitality to both Judi and me. We both look forward to many years to come!
Thank you all too for the gift certificate to Longwood Gardens, one of our favorite paces. Judi and I will remember your generosity every time we go the that beautiful place.
