Returning this year is the Labyrinth Walk! There will be 2 sessions: 12-2PM and 5-7PM on Wednesday March 27th.
A labyrinth helps direct one’s focus toward God. Unlike a maze, which has dead ends and the possibility of getting lost, a labyrinth is a single path that winds from the outer edge in a circuitous way to the center. This path sometimes takes unexpected twists and turns as we walk. In this way, it resembles the journey of life. A labyrinth is used for walking meditation.
Labyrinths are used worldwide as a way to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity, encourage meditation, insight, and a way to get closer to God.
